Accreditation procedures and methods
1: Deadline of first draft collection: November 10, 2010;
2: The organizing committee will carry out manuscript statistics, qualification evaluation. And all of entries which have passed will be sent to the jury board in competition catalogues for first screening to determine the finalists;
3: Re-evaluation: Selection of works from the finalists for final assessment, December 1, 2010; modeling and video production of works participating in the final evaluation;
4: Final Comment reply: "Open group": December 18, 2010; "Enterprise group": December 19, 2010;
5: The awarding ceremony and exhibition will be held on December 20th, 2010 in Changsha. The official publication of LotusPrize collection will be published in one year, and we will manage to send it to each winner as soon as possible.
* The Changsha, Hunan Notary Office,which is the official notary for this competition，will monitor the whole process of selection and notarize the results.
