Graduated at Seoul Hong-Ik University in Industrial Design in 1972, continued to study at Pratt Institute, Milan Domus Academy and received a MBA in Design at University of Art and Design Helsinki in 2001. In 2010, he led the project of turning Seoul into a world class city and has experiences and unique views on overall marketing of urban development.
