He Renke, Dean of Hunan University School of Design has been juries of many international competitions such as Red Dot, Red Star (Chairman), iF and Braun Prize.

Graduating in December 1984 at Hunan University with a Master in Architecture, he is now the Vice President of China Industrial Design Association, President of Hunan Industrial Design Association, Chairman of the Education Department Higher Education Industrial Design Teaching Committee, Chairman of the China Machinery Industry Education Association Industrial Design Teaching Committee and member of Hunan Innovation Platform for Industrial Design.
