Chen Weiguang joined and partnered with BlueRun in 2001, focusing on TMT and high technology investments. He has a Bachelor in Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological Univesity, Singapore and MBA at Switzerland’s International Institute for Management Development. Chen is also the board member of PPLive, Availink, Pica, Ganji, 3i, Good Media, APM and formerly the board member of Kilopass and SiliconBlue.
