Tu Hongchuan has over 14 years experience in venture capital and internet, focusing on China’s media, wireless communication and service industry. Beforing joining Highland, he was the investment partner of JAFCO Group, responsible for venture, communication, high technology investments and the business development of the Asia Pacific area.

In 2005, he joined Highland Capital Partners and is responsible for the business development of the Asia Pacific area, investing in Qihoo360 in 2006 and is currently the board member of Qihoo360. He also has been the board of Netensec, Viva and Quyou.
